Default Website copyright registration

I have created some original content for my website and looking forward to get the copyrights of it.

Can anyone tell me:
1. How much time would that take
2. How much fees would I need to pay
3. Reference of lawyer/law firm which does that(I stay in Mulund)

He asked for copyrighting his content, not taking action after it gets stolen.
Well you can make your site using Creative Commons License...read more info: http://creativecommons.org/

Moreover this license is free.

I don't think he is asking about CC license. He want's full copyright, IMO.
No sharing. No copying.

This is what you're looking for I suppose:
http://copyright.gov.in/handbook.htm

The Handbook has details on what all can be copyrighted and how it is done.

Enforcement of those rights, in case of a detected copyright violation is another question the process here is rather painful and lengthy ... and often unfruitful, at times ...

Yes but having a registered copyright does give you a chance of actually fighting for it in courts while a CC doesn't cover all that. And provided you have copyrighted it and have proved that the opposition has used it without your prior permissions or license, you can provide sufficient evidence and win over.

Yep. Hence haven't used it for my site. Best way is to drop the registration officially.
