Best Monitor

Hello dudes I am a 3d Animation,VFX student from chennai.

My current system config

AMD 2000XP+
1GB DDR Ram
Motherboard with inbuilt Nvidia Nforce
17 inch samsung monitor
80+40GB HDD
Asus cd drive
Liteon Cd writer
Samsung dvd drive
Pinnacle TV tuner card
Creative Sound blaster 5.1 live soundcard

Now as i m studying adobe premiere,my current 17inch monitor is not big enough to edit videos.So i m planning to shift to 19 or 21 inch monitor.Could some one please give me the price and quality of monitors in this (19" to 21" )category?Also please tell which one is best.Thank u in advance.

go for 19. it may cost around 9000- 11000
