Default cooling

hi guys,
well i have an xfx geforce fx5200(128 mb) well the card gives pretty good perf 4 its price. the nly problem is that the only cooling on the card is a heatsink but no fan . the card gets very hot after some gaming. so can anyne suggest a cooling mechanism that is cheap and effective or if that is not possible a cooling solution that is compatible with most other cards so that in case i upgrade, i can use the same cooling.
ps: i get some texture corruption and random spots after a while playing heavy games, i wonder if this is due to the heat.

also can anyone suggest a heatsink-fan which is compatible with both athlon xps and athlon 64s
