More wonderfooooool is FORMAT FACTORY. Is free can conveeert to even sound files if there is any sound. More that 53 format conversion. Even videos.

Well, when it's about converting videos, I guess iWisoft swf to video is among the best ones.

It's free and I'm quite satisfied with it. I have not used it for converting swf but it's listed among the formats supported.
