Style XP Beta can import, select, and manage Themes, Visual Styles, and Wallpaper. Future versions may support sounds, cursors, screensavers, logon UIs, and packages of all the above.

Style XP is not a skinning engine. It uses Microsoft's built-in visual style engine, but enhances it by providing many useful tools. Style XP can import, select, rotate, and manage themes, visual styles, wallpapers, and logons.

but except for few things ! Style xp dosent apply themses on start up unless the option is checked and this takes another few seconds to apply the theme. thats irritating to see xp without theme on start up.

but win blinds does this but feels heavy on resources !

most of the downloaded them files are corrupted !
