Unhappy folder options not available

Hi
i have Win 2000 in my system. Recently the folder options is not visible in the tools menu when i go to Windows explorer, i have to go to control panel and then folder options whenever i need it, someone plz, help me to correct this problem.

Please look into this thread SOLUTION: Folder Options not available in Tools Menu!
