what is msdn, .net, vb.net i am confused

Hey can anyone explain, what is this all .net, msdn, asp.net. visual studio.net, c#, visual c#,visual basic, visual c++,visual studio, .net framework.

i know c and c++ and i want to study c# but all these things are making me confused lol.

and wat is differnces between like vb and vb.net
