indesign installer asks "please insert disk"

when i try to install indesign cs3 , the setup asks for the cd when the cd is already in the drive...why is this so? i have photoshop aslo installed...i read something bout deleting .svg and .svgz from foler options>file types to fix da problem....but i dont undersatnd it fully...can someone explain?

I had faced this problem while installing PS CS3. I copied he whole setup files to the HD and ran it from there. Problem Solved.
