Default normalise volume


i have recorded some lectures but volume is very low...how to normalise?

you may have to take help of some Paid software to do so I suppose, Sound Forge have option to work and increase the lavel of the recorded speach... one immdiate tool in front of u would be Nero Wave Editor... !!! comes inside the Nero Installtion CD...

Audacity, a free and open-source software can do the same job. In fact any half-decent audio-editor will have the required features for this task.
