Default how do i make whole hard disk backup???

i wanna back up my whole hard disk including OS, so i can recover easily during any virus attack, software problem, etc...

i will make back ups on Dual Layer DVDs and i have a DL DVD Writer...


I want to know how to make bootable whole HDD backup disks...

I have ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 9.0...

Will it help?? Which other softwares will I need??

Please help, this is really crucial...
