There are lot of payment gateway sites.
Paypal is an example.
Signup with any, they will give you manual / docs / tutorials, how to setup it. Hope thats is what you meant.

Re: Some Website (Paying/Shopping Question).....?
I used many payment gateways, mainly for my clients in USA / Canada. Didn't try much on Indian ones. Integrated many like Paypal, Propay, WorldPay, Protx, etc
CCAvenue seems to be used by many Indian sites. I didn't use that, so not sure about it.
The signup / service charges vary.

Re: Some Website (Paying/Shopping Question).....?
I am using both ccavenue and paypal, ccavenue is paid it charges is Rs 7500/- setup and Rs 1200 yearly and apprx 8% commission per transaction.
Paypal charges only on transaction apprx 5%
If your customer are Indians go for Indian payment gateway as they will feel comfortable in paying in indian currency.
For integration, all payment gateway provide script and codes. You need to have some basic knowledge of any server side script to implement this.

Re: Some Website (Paying/Shopping Question).....?
Paypal there is no signup charge, but there is verification.
Most Indian payment gateways ask for signup fee I think.
What type of transactions you expect ? Like all credit card ? Or debit (connecting bank account etc)

I need a Gateway so that the
The Person can pay by his credit card
and the money tranfer directly to bank a.c
in paypal we have to request for a cheque which has risk sometime of not receiving cheque due to bad postal service in india
