System files deleted.

I am facing this problem after i scannened my system with a antivirus named Net Protector: Fast Scan downloaded from a website . at the end of scan i deleted all those file those were detected as suspicious by that software. the deleted file report is here.

Now the problem is that in every folder of C: drive also on desktop and in start menu, there is a file named desktop.ini is there. in some folder boot.ini file is also there. and some programs does not uninstalls because of not finding unistall information. how can i run the windows file protection or how to solve the problem. if i delete these files willthere be any problem.


2.
one more problem is a epmworker.exe is always running after i connect to internet, and take to much procrssor and memory. is it normal program or what.

please anwer in detail.

1.)if d boot.ini & desktop.ini files were not threr b4 d scan, den u can safely delete it

probably created durin d online scan

no harm in deleting it

2.)epmworker.exe is a file from ur mobile phone software, esp sony handset

check out it location

it shud mot probably b in d c:\Program Files\.... location

if it is present sum place like c:\windows\system32 den it cud b a worm/virus/malware or sumthin
