Default Help in OVERCLOCKING


I have pentium 1.6 ghz.. and 32mb SiS card and 128 Mb ram, I want to tweak my whole system... specially my.... SiS card which just sucks..................

I mean u specified Pentium 1.6 ghz & 128 mb ram.
But mobo chipset/Brand/SD or DDR ram etc.
N the task ya want to tweak ur system for.
Eg: For gaming,multimedia,image processing,cd writing etc.

yes sd ram and for gaming and wht is mobo chipset and which brand :roll:

1.61 processor intel
32 mb sis card 125 mhz..

first of all this is in the wrong section. Overclocking is a H/W issue so needs to be in the H/W section. Second you havent provided enough information for overclocking. You want to over clock there there is a sticky in the H/W section about overclocking so read that first. No ones gonna be able to help you till you provide adequate information mate.

dude. u need to calm down and wait for people to read and see if they can help. First of all did you read up on overclocking like I said in the other post ? COs if you dont know what ur doing u'll end up frying ur mobo and ur cpu! So read up on it first mate.

Second ur motherboard is an obscute one and as far as I know will not support over clocking. So basically that leaves no option for you to overclock. I could be wrong. Wait for others to post and see.

that can be only done if the motherboard supports FSB change or multiplier changes on your BIOS of your motherboard. Check and see in your if these options are enabled or not. If not then you cant OC.
