Re: MS's own version of Autopatcher
This ISO is released every month.
But unlike Autopatcher, what it has is all the updates released in the past month for all the OSs.
Nowhere in the same league as AP.

Re: MS's own version of Autopatcher
imav, this is not something new. it was available before too. what everyone wants is an OS specific update iso. its about 350mb download and contains 9 updates. for system admins, its ok. but if u consider a home or a soho user, then they'll not need updates for all these OSes. there's one more all update iso of 2.8GB. nobody will download that as it contains updates for all OS. is MS gives separate ISOs for each OS it'd be much better for home/soho users
thanks for the link

This is a boo boo. People would prefer automatic updates to this anyday.

Re: MS's own version of Autopatcher
something is better than nothing ... i think digit can bundle this ... and if they do then even home users will be at peace ... 350 something aint that bad considering u get all updates ... for different versions also ya 2.8 gb is for big corporates who have machines using different languages
PS: never used autpatcher so me not missing it

Re: MS's own version of Autopatcher
where are the updates available? plz let us know.
and yeah, this is not worth downloading. if its given on a cd then fine. but downloading 350mb for jus 9 updates is stupidity unless ur net connection is not capped and you haf nothing better to do!

Re: MS's own version of Autopatcher
Downloading Patches or updates from torrent is not really a safe idea.
Alas, but if you have download the very Operating Systemfrom the torrents,Please dont bother to read this and go on with your own bliss. You have nothing to fear..
