Guys, Can you tell me about some sites which provide small softwares??
Actually I need a program which can change the extension of all the files in a dir. without changing their names.

Why dont you just do "ren *.ext1 *.ext2" ?

Uh, still need a software? Make this a bat-file then

And run it in the folder you desire to view changes in.

Anyway, a mega-huge-functional-renamer is Ant Renamer. You can find it at http://www.antp.be/software/renamer

But it's too much power for just a simple job like yours
