What is this .w02 extension?

I recently downloaded a software from the net.But I found that instead of the regular setup.exe there is setup.w02.Windows dont recognise this file please help me open it.

Seems to be an incomplete archive file. Try to re-download. (Also, try opening with any un-compressing software)

ok i got it
i think its a continoution setup for a software like its divided in two
1.setup.exe
2.setup.w02
so if u open the the first install u will be able to access the second 1
IAM i help full??
u need the fisrt intall file first
