In our organisation there is around 150 machines (static ip is used in the network) running Win2000 or WinXP. There is a system whose one drive is full-shared and all use it as a common storage.
(i) There is a big problem when we need to track the originator of some objectionable files copied to the shared folder. Actually we need to know which 'user' from which 'computer/ip' copied such file to the shared folder.
(ii) It will be of great help to me, If I get the list (logfile) of all files copied to & from the shared folder along with the user id or machine name.
Please suggest some tools to track/log the computers those write data to the shared folder.
