no audio in Lenovo N100...

i hav installed Xp.. then loaded Audio driver for Lenovo model and restarted lappy... but there is no sound... what can be the problem.. plz help..

I am not sure for lenovo but for HP first you have to install Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) driver in XP before installing the audio driver. For vista this driver come pre-installed.
You may try it. Tell me if its working

have not chaecked it in XP, but in Win Server 2003 dat i'm usin, d service Windows Audio is actually disabled by deafult
u got start d service to get d audio

altho XP is home user-oriented and shud have it enabled by deafult, u mite still wan 2 check if d service Windows Audio is enabled or not
if it is disabled, den put it in Automatic
