right click on ur lan card click on properties
double click on "tcp/ip"
thats where u can change ur ip address
BTW if ur trying to change the ip address of the card where ur ISP is connected then DONT u will not be able to connext to the net
if its ur internal lan ur connecting to then ok

if u wanna basically use another ip address for security purpose then u can use proxies from
http://www.tools.rosinstrument.com/proxy/

u can also use this
http://proxify.net/

better yet use a good firewall like zone alarm and ull be safe

lol buddy if the isp supports "dynamic ip addresses"
then the ISP will provide the ip address u cant change it
every isp has a pool of ip addresses it can assign
and thers no way for u to know which one would fall under its name
besides if its dynamic .. then u cannot reserve an ip address for urself
it just doesnt work that way

Why you wanna change ur ip?
If yours is a standalone comp without a network and a dial up connection
then the ip doesnt matter.

MAC addresses can't be changed but you can screw ur IP address as many times as u want unless ur connected to the net via an ISP! But if u r a part of a LAN network, u can changethe IP address even if u r connected to the net !!!!
