lol buddy if the isp supports "dynamic ip addresses"
then the ISP will provide the ip address u cant change it
every isp has a pool of ip addresses it can assign
and thers no way for u to know which one would fall under its name
besides if its dynamic .. then u cannot reserve an ip address for urself
it just doesnt work that way
