PC hangs after resuming from Hibernate?

Whenever I switch from hibernate condition state, my PC hangs and shows BOD (Blue screen of death) and sometime contains "KERNEL STACK INPAGE" ERROR but when I restart, system works fine.
It shows "system recovered from serious error" and contains following files in log..

Although RAM is working fine in both slots of MBD,I renabled hibernate option from control panel but nothing happened,I also defragmented my drive,and I repaired files by reinstalling....

Experts plz help as all we know how Hibernate option saves your switching time.....one more question plz....
Is there any disadvantage in hibernating computer....?

i cnt answer the help post but disadvantages yes.
1) When you connect new devices and startup, they wont be detected.
2)Problems on multiboot systems, especially wid Linux and when you have a netwrk card. Every OS sets 'flags' on devices and when hibernating, Win XP doesnt remove them frm the netwrk card(im tellin confidently bcoz this is a well known concern) ,and then Linux has a hell of a time setting up the netwrk and ends up nt detecting it at all
