Paypal Bank Account

I have a paypal account, When i see to change default Bank Account "US" to "India" there is no option there to change the country. Than how should i enter the Bank Account number.

What is Routing Number ? , I have an account on SBI , Someone tell me what is the routing number of SBI. Please help

Paypal does not support Indian bank, there is no need to enter your bank account number.
