Default Can neone tell me the best congiuration........


Can neone tell me the best audio configuration with
ASUS K8N + Altec Lansing ATP3
i've tried many combinations of the equalizer n effects but it doesnt sound s@xy.

i'd like to have very low freqs @ high vol, with low damping, no reverb....
i've tried using custom effect but in vain.........

plz guyz help this solace seeking audiophile........

if ur an audiophile then only the audigy series is for u
however its unlikely ull get it in <1000
try looking for the audigy sans the drive .. should be ur best bet !

however the sound quality will also epend mainly on ur speakers

Audigy 2 will be obviously the best card, though it will be a bit pricey arnd 5.5k. The SB Live 5.1 24 bit card will fit your needs and your bill perfectly.The price shud b less than 2k.
