Default Starting PC Automatically

How can I start my PC at a specified time i.e. after i shut down the PC i want it to restart after 1 hour. How can I do it. I have Intel 845GEBV2 motherboard. Is there any option in BIOS for this motherboard to do it. i already read the tutorial given here but it didn't help.
