Default under 20k core 2 duo configuration

hi everybody

I want to buy a PC under 20K
can anybody please tell me a good configuration able to run some EDA softwares and some games with good graphics and multimedia apps

can I get a core2duo processor based PC with 15" LCD monitor. +3000 can be adjusted.
