"No se ha actualizado nunca" is not valid date n time. What is mean by this?

I have win98 n PAnda Antivirus. this message appears each time when i conect Net.

its in spanish. i dont know the reason why that message is coming, but i did some r&d and came to know that it means some thing like
"has never been updated "
