optical mark reader...???

Hi,
I work in a Government Organization..
We are conducting exams for Recruitment..
We are going to use Tick Mark type of method in exam.
This is the same system used in the UPSC or in other high level exams..
there will be 4 options and candidate have to tick one among it..
I am searching any good OMR software which can help me out in
Exam Automation..

Please suggest me any good OMR software..?
Or give me address of any dealer which can serve this job..

Does anyone know detailed process to do this..?
