hi guys i have simple query as i use a torrent client .so i want to know does controlling your upload speed gives you good download speed. Ya i have read in digit you need to set proper upload speed to get good download speed. still i want to know that not setting good upload speed help in getting good download speed? so what you guys think?

if ur on xdsl,then u can set u/l 20kB/s .again on a single pc not networked try portforward.there are public torrents purely running on "charity" seeders successfully; unlike pvt trackers.
