Doubt regarding Rapidshare Premium Acc

Hi Friends,
I have a doubt regarding Rapidshare Premium Accs. Rapidshare says that they wont delete files if they have been uploaded from a premium account. Does this mean that they will not delete the file after the expiry of the account? I want to create a Rapidshare account and upload stuff but what if it deletes the files after 90 days of non-downloading once my premium account expires?

Strange it seems but my files uploaded from my premium account are still valid and working even when my premium account expired long time back.
