Hi I am Sunny Guha. Forgive me if i am posting this in the wrong section. I am a newsstand buyer of digit. I just bought the april edition and the dvd was faulty. now what shud i do? iwant to get a replacement. how to do it?
Plz help me guys

Tell us something about the error message which you are getting.

Its giving some "cyclic redudc....." something like that which means the dvd is faulty.

dood wht u can do is tht send the dvd to the digit office...or give it back to the newsstand for a replacement...whichever suits u....but id suggest the 1st one

Did u try to run it in another DVD drive ?

clean the dvd..............if possible

^^ sometimes cleaning in wrong way can damage the disk...
U might have using Sony drive..i think sometimes Sony drives shows errors while samsung drives do not.. Try the dvd in samsung drive..

if its a CRC error there is nothing u can do... just ask for a replacement..
