Help-font missing

Hello there,

Today, i want to change my desktop icon fonts by go into appearance and the fonts list at the advanced setting there only shown 6 fonts. My laptop also got the problem like this, is that system font get deleted or something wrong? My fonts folder at control panel seems ok. Anyone face this before?

I had HandelGotD font install at my pc, but i cannot see in the list there.
