it is just time wasting to fill surveys.... they give money....but takes many many years...dont fill any surveys... it is better to join adsense program of google... genuine program....

But to join adsense, you need to have a website.
However, this program AWsurvey is a scam - they claim to pay $5 just for answerng 2 questions - too good to be true.
But there are a few genuine market research sites - see
