Default Out of Frequency

I'm running Win XP (SP2) on my PC with LG 15" Monitor. Ever since I have reinstalled the operating system after formatting, the monitor displays "Out of frequency" error. The monitor works only in 640 X 480 pixels (16 bit) resolution when booted in safe mode or when the installed display driver is disabled. But when the installed display driver is enabled, everything goes wrong again. Please help.

Default Re: Out of Frequency

and u tried to look for a more uptodate driver for your monitor, and graphicxs card? graphics card is a little more important but if you do find one for your monitor try that as well.
