Hacked by Godzila

My PC has virus which shows message "hacked by Godzila" in the title bar of Internet explorer. Besides this, I am unable to open a drive in Windows Explorer. There is file "autorun.inf" in each drive which runs some script and stops opening of folders.

I could remove "hack.." message from internet explorer title bar by editing registry of Internet explorer.

To remove virus, I scanned PC with AVG Antivirus which is has all latest updates. Scan was performed in Safe Mode, it detected this virus and even healed but it couldn't solve drive problem.

Third problem is, Internet explorer unable to run javascript. Since I am unable to execute javascript, my all developments have come to standstill.
