Best Encryption Algorithm, Mode & Key Generator?

Hi Guys!

I recently installed BestCrypt 8 and it has different encryprion algorithm like

• Triple DES
• Blowfish 448
• Cast
• Gost
• RC6
• AES (Rijndael)
• Serpent
• Twofish

Apart from encryprion algorithm, there is some thing called Mode which again has two diffetent choices :

• LRW - Tweakable Narrow-block
• CBC - Cipher-block chaining

Lastly it has something called Key generator with options like:

• SHA-256
• KG-Ghost

Now, all this is very confusing. Can you guys tell me which of these should be selected to get the best security.

AES (Rijndael) - 256-bit key encryption
Blowfish - 448-bit key encryption
CAST - 128-bit key encryption
GOST 28147-89 - 256-bit key encryption
RC6 - 256-bit key encryption
Serpent - 256-bit key encryption
Triple-Des - 168-bit key encryption
Twofish - 256-bit key encryption

higher d encryption key size more diffcult is it 2 decrypt it by rogue means

it appears dat LRW Iis more secure than CBC

I have already gone through the whole documentation. Its does explain about the algorithms but doesnt say which one is the best.
