Default .VBS EXTENSION

I RECENTLY DOWNLODED SM TWEAKS 4 XP BUT FAILED TO APPLY THEM AS THEY WERE IN .VBS FORMAT.
HOW DO I OPEN FILES IN THIS FORMAT?????

Double clicking should execute it, unless running of scripts is blocked

Be careful of VBS files. Scan them with an antivirus before running them. A malicious script can being your computer to its knees.
