can u tell me guys, how to make it public so that anyone(unregistered users) can post on this blog?

U need to chng. perms in blogger.

No one can post a blog post without being registered on blogger. That'd amount to splogging. What you wish for can be easily accomplished via a Bulletin Board however.

Or if you were referring to comments, then The Unknown's tip would be it.
