Legal ??
Is it legal to upload the latest songs on rapidshare and give the link into my blog...so that people may download the songs and other stuff from my blog.

i beg 2 differ with u all on this issue
if a band/atist has brought out and album under d creative commons license den u can upload it on any file hostin site and provide d link
[of course dis clause must b specifically mentioned in d license 4 u 2 link it 2 ur site]
hasn't DIGIT provided full albums on their DVD?

I beg to differ from you^^
When he said "latest music" most prolly he meant film songs etc. The only site spreadig CC licensed music in India is www.tempostand.com
