How much Revenue should I take to design this Website?

Hi,
I am a newcomer freelance web designer. I designed two website individually. One of them is -
www.shivajiakola.com

Now, one customer mailed me his requirement. I know everything about designing and development. But I don't know the rates for Web Designing. Please help.

Here are the details of the web site

1. The web site will be in 3 languages (English,
Marathi and Hindi), at any given point of time user
should be able to change the language.
2. Initially there will be total around 2-3 static web
pages with some images and vedio (like on
shivajiakola.com)
3. Apart from above web pages, there will be
registration form which will accept personal details
like name, address, email etc

Considering your design skills and inexperience, I would suggest that you charge not more than US$150, more suitable would be $100 or Rs. 4,500 - 4,600.

I feel a site in multiple luangages is a lot of hard work. I may be wrong. You can charge about Rs. 500 per static page and more (about Rs. 2000) for forms. It all depends on your client and your bargaining power.

It depends like :
Who is going to host? (how much it is going to cost you?)
How much effort you are putting in to it?
How much time you spend?
How much time you re going to spend in the coming year? and what would be the cost?
How much your client is willing to offer? (What is his budget?)
What content you are preparing

And don't forget your profit !!

Designing - charge around Rs. 5000 - 6000 for 5-6 pages..simple design....no flash

charge approx 2000 a year for maintaining the site..

charge Rs. 2000 approx for one languag translation (can charge more since the languages are indians)

charge approx 1000 a year for hosting (PM me if you need space

)
