strange message

yesterday my avg(free) detected 3-worms and 1-Trojan horse downloader on my computer and it removed all of them. All the 3 worms were of the same type and name(SSVICHOSST.exe) and they were all found in the system32 directory.
The next time i opened my PC it showed me a strange message saying"Windows cant find the file SSVICHOSST.exe.Make sure that you have typed correctly & try again."
However every thing else on my PC is functioning normally without any problem!
So please tell me about the fault if any! and also the way of getting rid of the message!

May b the that entry is still at start up, u may need to use Manual option, Start >> Run >> msconfig ...

Now manually remove those from start up object !!!

i've checked the msconfig startup but nothing is there!
now i'll be using the ccleaner suggested by you!
