64-Bit Coming to a Celeron near U

Intel has clearly stated that they will be releasing their AMD-64 compatible technology called EMT64 (by intel) to their budget CPU segment

The Pentium 5 will not come again for a long time, intel has ditched the Pentium 4 name & their next Dual core CPU, on the Intel 945 & 955 chipsets will be caleed Pentium D xxx, where XXX denotes the CPU number (660, 880 etc)

Socket 478 is for the old Pentium 4 northwood & some Prescotts, found in Intel 845, 850, 865 & 875 Chipsets

Socket 775/T is the new Intel socket for a long time, as it provides a good upgrade path, from Intel, for the Intel 915/925 chipsets,

it's just the socket & doesn't gives any performance difference

I don't think pentium 5 would ever be a name, because Pente itself means 5. After the 486, instead of giving it a name 586, they renamed it Pentium. Now if they have a pentium 5, it would be quite....not right. am I right?
