Slow File transfers Instant Messenger (msn,yahoo)

1- Anyone has any idea why the msn messenger file transfers are so slow?
2- Anyone know how to fix this?
3- Any File transfers software ?

my net connections dataone 2mbps..

while its being transfer on ur pc ..... its being scanned by antivirus on yahoo & ur pc 2 ...... so both these pocessess eatup lotta ur bandwidth .......

as 4 ur file transfer sw, u can either set up ur computer as a ftp server or can cre8 a torrent
