unmovable files

some unmvable files r there in my c: ,neither format nor disc defragmentation could remove those files,how to remove it?

Try software like UNLOCKER to delete such files. If Windows explorer doesn't allow you to delete them, use another explorer software like ExplorerXP to browse to the folder and then delete using unlocker.

do a chkdsk. and then try^ or deleting in safe mode.
