oops vishal's machine has been hacked
actually its a windows skin not yahoo's
but wht is the use of creating yahoo's skin if we can get this readymade in windows skin

^^ And what if u r not using any 3rd party windows theme? or u want to give a unique look to ur Y! messenger other than ur windows theme? 
And the windows theme only works in Y! if u set its skin to Classic. But I'm creating a separate Y! skin.
