No. Yes but some info you can get using get but not everything using a cookie. I don't know whether a cookie breaker s/w is available.

in firefox, d list of all cookies currently present on the computer can b found out by tools > options > privacy > show cookies

there was an article on cookies in either DIGIT or CHIP within d last 2-3 months issues [sorry yaar dun remember d month or mag, but it was one of these 2 mag 4 sure]
