Hi Seriously Wierd Problem of this centuary

i have a geforce2 mx400 64mb card
and 256mb sd ram
p-3
and have windowsxp pro sp2 installed i have no problem doing anything but play games or run 3d or opengl applications
i have tried everything from all driver versions 27.xx-70.81 no effect
also all my games used to run under win98 and winME (i used to dual boot
i had overclocked my GPU and use custom cooling ask me for tips on it:-0)
everything was perfect until the latest games came in demanding XP .

also i seemed to find these abnormalities in my dxdiag report

If U want the exact Driver of ur card ..give me ur mail address i'll mail it to ya ...
rest abt ur games! couldn't really understood ur post!

try reinstalling DirectX....and what's exactly ur problem? r u not able to play latest games? that's because they demand more graphics processing power....
...and three people r using same avatar, why?

@hitman : After u try above steps , try these

when u run dxdiag in xp , under display , are all three options enabled ie
directdraw acceleration
direct3d acceleration
AGP Texture acceleration
if any or especially the last one is not enabled , uninstall ur video drivers completely and reinstall them . Sometimes the best way is to , uninstall the drivers , restart , and when it asks u for the drivers , just show the path of the video drivers cd . this way only base drivers will be installed , without much of the other utilities which accompany them .
if by this way ur games work , then just reinstall ur drivers on top of this directly from the cd and u will get ur utilities

If u have onboard graphics card , try removing ur 3d card , run with onboard graphics , change adapter settings to standard vga in display properties and then install ur 3d card and its drivers .
if u dont have them : try resetting ur AGP settings in ur bios . Else just clear the bios to original settings . bring the GPU back to normal speed just to test it out .

hi guys thnxs for repliyin srry
bout the way i wrote i was in a hurry actualy
all my games.....graphical stuff runs very smoothly in win 98 and also in winMe.But when it comes to winXP
or even win2K my system undergoes following stuff:
1.In win2k it crashes even if i put any application like
The WMP,GAMES...EVEN 3D SREEN SAVERS.
2.tHE SAME IN WINXP but after installing newer drivers than the stock drivers(detonators) like 30.xx to the latest 70.81(these are good drives best for geforce 6800) .i am able to open WMP,games(they show abnormalities(lines here and there) and then hang)
3.i have treid everything from unistalling direct x to
installing the latest 9c still no effect .Same report
on running the dxdaig test system hangs.
4.i have updated to sp2 still no avail i tried another xp
cd (thinking maybe my installation disk is corrupted)
still no effect.
please help if possible
