Hoe to hack skool server?

my skool recently got some new computers 4 da high skool and has all of them connected to a pc running windows 2003. the problem is tat they have applied some restrictions so tat we cannot do anything on the comp, except surf the internet and some open apps. they have even hidden all the partitions except E:\ . They have also disabled regedit, cmd prompt , system properties ect..
how can i access all these utilities? i don't mean any harm 2 the comps, it's just 4 the sake of doing it....the comps are running windows xp pro....the config is as follows
2 gb ddr2 ram
intel core2 duo
combo drive
nvedia 6600 256 mb vRam
19'' tft moniters

there are around 25 comps in all

No networking , not even LAN . IT SUCKS

I cant tell u how to hack them - not allowed here, but i have a way of making the windows go corrupt, the OS won't load...
