What is Oracle????? And how can i learn visual basic without joining an institute or teacher????HELP HELP HELP!!!!

as 4 learninng VB without joinig any classes get hold of

Visual Studio Express Edition

and grab one of zillions of free tutorial dat is available in abundace on the WWW
