Do you want Monitor with UPS too ?? as in that case budget is pretty low, but if you just need the CPU, then you can get a good value for money deal !!!!

Indyan is right, what I ment was, if the person wants a Full PC.. CPU (Procy + Mobo + RAM + HDD + Optical Drive + Cabby) + Monitor + UPS + Sound system then the 15k budget is too low...
as Indyan pointed out, one would need to have a budget of 22 or 23 k for a full system !!!

I do think for low buget PC AMD is better idea....with a mobo with good onboard grafix.....
u can also compromise to a 2nd hand 15 inch Monitor..it can save near abt 1700/-
