Hi to all

i am running a forum..

i some times have fopund in some sites that whenever we leave thier site to seee pictures for instant .. i see thier ads over the top of the redirected page..

how is it done ???

i have seen like (site name)redirect.php?="WEBSITE NAME"

even in some sites i have seen like url?="WEBSITE NAME"

how to construct like this ??

i too want to put my ad to the outgoing directs with my ad on top say like a banner...
