Default Auto Disconnect

I am facing a very peculiar problem. I use MTNL Triband to download stuff in the night time. I use a UT 300R2U modem provided by MTNL. Somewhere around 1 am the connection gets automatically disconnected. The screen shot is attached. I dont have any scheduled task to run at that time nor have I made entry in Auto Shut-Down & Power on to do the same. Please provide me some solution. I have been using the same method to download in the night for quite a long time but did not have a problem like this before.

In continuation the system also tries to shut down after 5 minutes which is prevented by Auto Shut Down & Power on which is visible in the screen shot given below
